There will be a rememberance event in honor of all former MarsCon Convention Committee members
who have passed on. Join us at 7:00 pm February 27 - the evening before the start
of MarsCon 2020 - in the Cardinal Perch Room, 2nd floor of the Airport Hilton. This time has
been chosen so that those that may wish to attend, and are not planning on attending Marscon,
may do so without convention traffic. This is a non-badged event; all are welcome.
In memory of: Katie J. Nelson (1975-2020), Blair Keith (1955-2018), Lucia Johnson (1954-2015), Juana Mann (1948-2014), Larry Andrle (1970-2014), Dov Magy (1971-2013), George Madline (1959-2013), Jodi Klug (1957-2012), Christopher L. RiversBey (1970-2010).

Don’t forget to donate blood to the American Red Cross on Saturday - 10am to 4pm. MarsCon donors have touched over 1,000 lives with their donations over the last 14 years, and this year we’ll touch even more! Thanks to the USS Nokomis for organizing the blood drive again this year.
IKV RakeHell (and other Klingon groups throughout this portion of the galaxy) will be helping Lions International collect used eyeglasses as a part of “Klingons Have Vision 2020” - you can help by donating your used/usable eyewear via a RakeHell member at MarsCon.
MarsCon is a fan-run science fiction convention for all ages held every March (sometimes in late February) in the Twin Cities area. At MarsCon you’ll find panel discussions, parties, guest of honor presentations, music of many kinds, our art show, film/anime room, science room, dealers room, charity auction, and masquerade. The Dementia track is virtually a con in itself, and attracts a nation-wide audience.
