Vendor merchandise should fit in the realm of science, science fiction, fantasy, anime, gaming, or anything nerdy!
The cost for a dealer table is $45 (limit one table per vendor), plus a $45 convention membership registration for the registered dealer.
Our Dealer spaces are approximately 9′ x 8′ and come with one 8′ table. Dealers are welcome to bring any additional tables and displays so long as they stay within your assigned space.
Dealers may have up to two assistants for no additional registration cost, if the assistant(s) will be in the Dealers’ Room only. Assistants wanting full convention access will pay our lowest membership fee of $45.
Filling out this Dealer Table Application form doesnotguarantee you a vendor table at MarsCon. You will be notified by October 15, 2024 if your application to be a vendor has been approved (or if you have been put on a waitlist). If you are approved, you will receive an email with a special link and instructions to register yourself and up to two assistants for the convention.
Please complete the application below. Dealer Room application deadline is 9/30/24. Applications received after that date will be put on a waitlist.
