MarsCon parties are all on the 12th floor of the hotel, and are conveniently located on the same floor as our consuite! Registered attendees can enjoy both alcoholic and non-alcoholic bevvies in our fabulous themed parties.

Would you or your group like to host a party?

Whether you are showcasing your club or an upcoming event, want to do karaoke or have a rave, all types of parties are welcome!  Please fill out the Party Room Request below or drop us a note if you are planning a party.

Party hosts can check out this typical room layout drawing to plan their party layouts.  Remember, this is just to get an idea of types of party rooms available.  Your actual room may be a mirror image of this drawing, or may in fact differ in small or large ways; it’s a drawing of a typical room, maybe just not your room.

Easy steps to complete for having a MarsCon Party Room:

  1. Fill out the Party Request Form below.
  2. Book a room at the MarsCon rate. Room rates are the same as regular sleeping rooms ($110 + tax per night for a standard room). If you want the bed removed for your party, the hotel charges $100. Cutoff date for party room reservations is Feb 6, 2025.
  3. Once you’ve reserved your party room, contact us here with your reservation number, and let us know you’ve reserved a hotel room for a party. Our party planning personnel will work with the Hilton to move your reservation to the party floor. Parties will be grouped on the 12th floor, which is the top floor of the hotel.
