Call for MarsCon 2003 Volunteers

MarsCon runs on volunteers. This year, as always, we're offering perks to those who step forward to put in a few hours helping make MarsCon more fun for everyone. You might even enjoy it! Here's an email Matt, our head of volunteers sent out recently. To volunteer drop an email to 2003info@marscon.org or simply stop by OPs any time from Thursday through the end of the con. Thanks.

Hello!
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Marscon 2003! The convention is only a short time away, and I wanted to touch basis with you before the convention...
If you know any particular areas where you would like to help out, and know when you want to help out, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be able to 'pencil' you in for the time slots you prefer on a first come, first served basis.
Areas that want your help include (but not limited to):
Operations
Registration
Badging official Con areas
Set-up and Tear Down
Art Show
And anywhere else we are needed!
Also, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
Before I leave you I also want to inform you that the THREE (non-concom) volunteers who rack up the most hours of service will receive a FREE admission to Marscon 2004!!!!!!!!! So tell your friends, tell your family, tell your pets, or if you prefer to see your enemies sweat in your name, tell them too! There will also be T-shirts, volunteer badges, and vouchers for reduced admission to next year's con as more incentives to be brave, and volunteer!
If you cannot reply by E-mail, I will be available at the venue as of Thursday afternoon, and will be planning to officially check into my room early Friday. You will also be able to track me down through Operations at any time during the Convention.
