All room parties will be grouped together on the 11th floor. Here's what to expect when you get there!

MarsCon Party Rules & Guidelines

A person responsible for each party will sign and post the following rules:

1. You are responsible to keep your room staffed during your parties.
2. If you are serving alcohol at your party you must:
   1. Be 21 or older to serve the alcohol.
   2. ID the person you are serving. We prefer you use driver's license or something that validates the age of the person, not the MarsCon badge.
3. If you are found not carding or if you have served a person who is underage, your party will be shut down and the hotel will be notified. It is their policy to call the police and have anyone involved arrested. You will also be required to pay the regular hotel prices for your room / rooms for the rest of the weekend.
4. If it's illegal at the Con, it's illegal in your room; i.e., if it's illegal on the streets, it's illegal here.
5. Until 10:00 p.m. we are a family oriented convention, so please keep in mind that there may be minors in your room and keep it appropriate for them.
6. Please don't post anything that can damage the wall or the room in any way. You are responsible for the condition of your room.
7. The Party floor is a designated area for display of realistic looking Prop weapons, and sheathed bladed weapons, which all are Peace bonded (Previously approved by the Ops Department and Tied in place). No replica or edged weapons may be brandished (removed from sheathes, waved or pointed at people, etc.), on the Party floor. Report any violations to Ops at Ext. 7-209.
8. If you need any assistance in your room, please don't hesitate to call Ops; we will do what we can.

POST these rules in your room, so that anyone coming into your room will see them!!
