- ...our Author Guest of Honor. Children's author and past president of
the Science Fiction Writers of America. Newsweek calls her "America's
Hans Christian Andersen."
- Bill Blair...
- ...our Actor Guest of Honor. Or perhaps our Alien Actor GoH; he has
played many species in Babylon 5 and Star Trek episodes.
- Carl Talliaferro...
- ...professional makeup artist. Carl will demonstrate his craft on Bill.
- Christopher Jones...
- ...our Fan / Artist Guest of Honor. In addition to being a great comic
artist, Christopher has been responsible for much of the artwork at CONvergence. (Don't worry,
Christopher, we won't force you to draw Connie ... or Snarky.)

- ...will not be able to join us this year -- while we'll be having fun at MarsCon Andrei will be on the set working on a new film. Andrei sends his regrets and hopes
to join us next year for MarsCon 2002: The Magic of Fantasy.
(Getting an early start for next year now... Andrei played the Annari Commander Brell in the Nightingale episode of Star Trek: Voyager (7th season). He also appeared as Absolom, the alien abductee who returns to earth with Agent Mulder on the 8th season of The X-Files.
