Information To Apply For A Dealer Table At Marscon

• This page and application are to apply to be a vendor in the Dealers’ Room only.  If you are interested in applying to be a vendor in our Makers’ Market, or want more info about that, please go here.
• Vendor merchandise should fit in the realm of science, science fiction, fantasy, anime, gaming, or anything nerdy!
• The cost for a dealer table is $45 (limit one table per vendor), plus a $45 convention membership registration for the registered dealer.
• Our Dealer spaces are approximately 9′ x 8′ and come with one 8′ table. Dealers are welcome to bring any additional tables and displays so long as they stay within their assigned space. 
• Dealers may have up to two assistants for no additional registration cost, if the assistant(s) will be in the Dealers’ Room only.  Assistants wanting full convention access will need to register for the convention and pay our lowest membership fee of $45. 
• Filling out this Dealer Table Application form does not guarantee you a vendor table at MarsCon.  Applications will open on July 15, 2025, and will close on August 31, 2025. You will be notified by October 15, 2025 if your application to be a vendor has been approved (or if you have been put on a waitlist).  If you are approved, you will receive an email with a special link and instructions to register yourself and up to two assistants for the convention.
• Please complete the application below. Dealer Room application deadline is 8/31/25. Applications received after that date will be put on a waitlist. 
• We have a new vendor vetting process this year for Dealer’s Room and Makers’ Market; all vendors will be selected by a committee, based on product originality, appropriateness to the market, and lack of product duplication in the Dealer’s Room and in Makers’ Market. Even if you have been a dealer with us in the past, it does not guarantee you a table for 2026.
