Voltron vs. Voltron

Saturday 01:00 pm

The hit from last year returns and with NEW EPISODES! Many know that Voltron: Defender of the Universe is an 80’s classic … but did you know that the show was heavily edited and, in some cases, re-written from its original Japanese counter-part, Go-Lion? We will play you an episode of Voltron and then we will play you the original episode of Go-Lion and you can see for yourself what some editing and voice over work can do … sometimes not for the better…. An interesting lesson in how things change when they come from overseas.

Fan Films & Other Assorted Internet Stuff

Saturday 02:00 pm

Sometimes, Hollywood thinks it has a great idea…. Like giving Batman rubber nipples or having Peter Parker dance or giving Micheal Bay and Stephen Sommers a franchise they know nothing about…. So it’s up to the fans to make it right! Here, Ben & Earl will showcase some fan films that get it right … and a few that horribly don’t…. But are all made with love and care by people who have the free time to make … THE FAN FILM. We’ll be seeing the imaginary worlds of smart people outside of Hollywood.
