MarsCon Meeting Dates

Our planning meetings, also known as ConCom meetings, take place roughly monthly throughout the year. These meetings are open to all; we welcome representatives of other groups, members of the general fan community, those who are curious about what makes MarsCon tick, etc. If you want to volunteer ConCom meetings are a great place to talk to the people you’ll be working with face to face.

Except as noted below, ConCom meetings take place on Sundays starting at 1:00 pm at the Airport Hilton. (Look at the hotel daily schedule when you arrive to find our meeting room will be.)

• August 13, 2017
• September 10, 2017
• October 8, 2017
• November 18, 2017 @ 6pm-Midnight, Masquerade Ball—at the Hilton
• November 19, 2017
• December 10, 2017
• January 14, 2018
• February 4, 2018
• February 18, 2018—must END BEFORE 3:00 pm
• March 2-4, 2018—MarsCon 2018 happens
