MarsCon is scanning the galaxy for dealers for our 2026 convention, March 6-8 at the Airport Hilton in Bloomington MN.
We are excited to offer two great marketplace options: Dealers' Room & Makers' Market

Dealers’ Room

In the Dealers’ Room, we welcome dealers who provide new and exciting goods that fit in the realm of science, science fiction, fantasy, anime, gaming, and everything nerdy! As our space is limited, in order to provide a wide range of goods we are limiting our dealers to a single space approximately 9′ X 8′,  which comes with one 8′ table. Some spaces also have wall space behind them, and those will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Dealers are welcome to bring any additional tables and displays so long as they stay within their assigned space.
 
Our application process will go live on July 15, 2025 and will close on August 31. We have a new vendor vetting process this year for Dealer’s Room and Makers’ Market; all vendors will be selected by a committee, based on product originality, appropriateness to the market, and lack of product duplication in the Dealer’s Room and in Makers’ Market. Prior vending at MarsCon does not guarantee vendor acceptance for 2026. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by Oct. 15, 2025. Those not selected will be placed on a waitlist.

  • The cost for a dealer table is $45 (limit one table per vendor), plus a $45 convention membership registration for the registered dealer.
  • Dealers may have up to two assistants for no additional registration cost, if the assistant(s) will be in the Dealers’ Room only.  Assistants wanting full convention access will need to register for the convention and pay our lowest membership fee of $45.

Makers’ Market

Our Makers’ Market welcomes Authors, Artists, and other makers who can operate from a single table with very limited backspace. This market is in the main hallway on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The market tables are NOT secured after sales hours, so the vendors in the Makers’ Market will either pack up their wares at the close of business or will move their table inside the main Dealers’ Room. 

As noted above, we have a new vendor vetting process this year for selecting vendors; all vendors will be selected by a committee, based on product originality, appropriateness to the market, and lack of product duplication with other vendors. Prior vending at MarsCon does not guarantee vendor acceptance for 2026.

  • If you would like to be considered for vending in our Makers’ Market, our application will open on 7/15/25.
