MarsCon 2022 Covid-19 Policy

MarsCon members must be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative, third-party, COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to the start of the convention. (Proof of vaccination may include your physical card, photo of your completed vaccination card, or digital proof. Proof of a negative test may be a printed or digital test result.) Pursuant to CDC guidelines, if you recovered from COVID-19 within 90 days prior to the start of the convention, and are no longer contagious or symptomatic, you must provide documentation of recovery from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official.

Please wear a face covering and make sure that it covers your nose AND mouth while attending MarsCon 2022, regardless of vaccination status. (Wearing N-95 or KN-95 grade masks is encouraged). Vented masks and neck gaiters are not acceptable. Face coverings may be removed when eating or drinking in designated spaces or by panelists and presenters while socially distanced on stage or at head tables.

Complimentary hand sanitizer and face masks will be available at the con. Donations of cash and supplies to cover these costs, gladly accepted.

Additionally, please be aware of and respect the personal boundaries of your fellow attendees.

If you are not feeling well or are experiencing symptoms, please respect the safety of others and stay home and take care of yourself. Be prepared for a temperature check at the door. If you stay home due to illness, you can request that your pre-paid registration roll over to 2023.

Our Covid-19 policy is subject to change as the situation continues to evolve.
