Parties happen throughout MarsCon weekend, and this time you will find them grouped together on the eleventh floor, close to the Con Suite. Most parties have a science fiction or fantasy theme, but parties can also be in celebration of happy events such as birthdays or weddings. Look for the following parties...

This is where the world is yours to take; all you have to do is be bold enough to take it! Treasure and adventure await you aboard the ship where the only rules are there aren't any. I know last minute costume crisis are prevalent, and most people don't bring along needed supplies and tools, such as needle nose pliers, and stitch witch. The emergency help will be available whenever I am in the room, but people could certainly have me paged or tracked down, and I will be glad to help. Throwing a party at MarsCon is a great way to promote your club or convention, drum up a few extra participants for your events, contribute to the frenzy & festivities of the weekend, and (best-of-all) make new friends. Anyone attending MarsCon, individuals as well as fan clubs or groups, can throw a room party at the convention. You just need a room, a little imagination, and the desire to share your hospitality with others. We are always looking for new, fun parties... and your party would likely be a welcome addition to MarsCon. (But at this late date the 11th floor is filled -- we can still accomodate parties on the 12th floor along with Kurshenko's.) If you need more information about what throwing a party entails, or if you want to share your party ideas with someone before you commit to throwing a party, please feel free to contact us any time. We would be happy to discuss party planning with you.

MarsCon 2002 party photo Party floor rooms are $119 + tax per day and must be booked through MarsCon. Party rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Party hosts are responsible for both Friday and Saturday night for their room. If your group can only afford one night, please try checking the Roomshare/Rideshare message board. You may be able to arrange something with another group so that both of you can throw a party. The more parties, the merrier!

You may reserve your party room(s) by filling out and sending the convenient form below. If you prefer, you may email the information requested below to [deactivated -- see current year for a working email address] .
