Planning Meetings

Planning meetings, a.k.a. ConCom meetings, take place through the year. You needen’t be a member of the committee to attend; we welcome visitors, representatives of other groups, and the mildly curious. We promise to not press-gang you… unless you express an interest in volunteering.

All meetings are from 1:00-4:00 and are at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites. Look at the hotel events schedule once you arrive at the Crowne Plaza to see which room we’re in on that date.

• June 6, 2010 (Preliminary budgets due)
• July 25, 2010 (PR1 submissions due)
• September 12, 2010 (Final budgets due)

• November 14, 2010 (PR2 submissions due)
• December 5, 2010
• January 9, 2011
• February 13, 2011
• Feb 27 (the “what did we forget!?” meeting)
