1306 Blue Mars Film/Anime
Blue Mars (which took its name from the Kim Stanley Robinson novel) was one of many parties on the floor o' parties at our inaugural MarsCon in 1999. Many weird and wonderful movies were shown (with nary a hint of a schedule) and blue food of all varieties was served. For 2007, Blue Mars will be returning to its roots, on the parties floor. We will feature that same eclectic blend of anime, sci-fi classics, hits and obscurities that you have come to know and love these past nine years. Buttered popcorn will also be found there in abundance, as well as pocky and other treats. See marscon.org/2007/bluemars/ for scheduled showings.
