Our planning meetings, also known as ConCom meetings, take place roughly monthly throughout the year. These meetings are open to all; we welcome representatives of other groups, members of the general fan community, those who are curious about what makes MarsCon tick, etc. If you want to volunteer ConCom meetings are a great place to talk to the people you’ll be working with face to face.
Planning meetings will be at the Airport Hilton from 1-4pm on Sundays (usually on the 3rd Sunday of the month, but see the list of dates below).
