Playground

The Playground will be in the Mallard Point room on the second floor.

We schedule many creative activities as well as host a variety of live animals for you to meet. We give special attention to providing a child-friendly space at the convention. In the evenings we offer a staffed quiet zone with calming activities, and a work area for fixing/finishing costumes and props.

Playground Rules and Guidelines

1. No unattended youth 12 years old or under. This is a LIABILITY ISSUE. All youth 12 years and under MUST have an adult responsible for them in the Playground. The adult must be a paying MarsCon attendee (i.e. Have a badge).
2. The Playground reserves the right to close due to lack of volunteers for an event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are all volunteers that want to be part of MarsCon, too!
3. Playground Staff reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the room if being disruptive, offensive or causing trouble. The Safety team WILL BE CALLED if needed. This is a safe place for children and adults to enjoy activities.
4. MarsCon Badge REQUIRED to enter this room.
5. LAST CALL for Passport Redemption is Sunday at 2 pm. No exceptions.
