Thank you to all the wonderful people who braved the cold and made it to MarsCon 2002! We'd love to hear about your experiences at the new hotel, and we hope you had a great time. Here are some details about our upcoming movie night, next year's plans for MarsCon, the Alien Autopsy, and more...

MOVIE NIGHTS - Just wanted to remind everyone of the MarsCon movie this upcoming weekend!

Special DOUBLE FEATURE!!

Friday March 22nd, and Saturday March 23rd, 2002
Showing will be the movies Terminator and Terminator II

Show times are 9pm Terminator and 11pm Terminator II
Cost is $4 each or $6 for both

Plaza Maplewood Theatre - 1 block east of White Bear Ave on Larpenteur

Come out and have some fun, see a good movie, and support the MarsCon Convention.

ALIEN AUTOPSY - There will be an "alien autopsy" (post mortem) meeting on Sunday, April 7, 2002, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Airport Hilton Hotel, Bloomington. This is your chance to review and dissect the convention. Everyone with an interest in MarsCon is invited to come and celebrate with us and let us know how the convention was for you!

MARSCON 2003 PLANS - MarsCon 2003 is scheduled to take place on the weekend of February 28 through March 2, 2003, at the Airport Hilton Hotel, Bloomington, Minnesota. The theme is a favorite SF quote "No one here is exactly what he appears," and our planned guests thus far include Julie Caitlin Brown (Na'Toth of Babylon 5!) and Lev Mailer (Actor, director, coach and teacher to the actor). More TBA!

LOST AND FOUND, MOSTLY FOUND - The Lost and Found box is getting kind of large, and we'd love to get these treasures back to their proper homes. If you misplaced something at the convention, and you think it might be one of the items on the list below, please contact us with a detailed description of what you lost. We will compare your description to the recovered item and make arrangments to get your treasure back to you. Please direct inquiries to Operations department. The Lost and Found box will also be brought to the upcoming Alien Autopsy.
