Call For Volunteers

A personal note from our volunteer head Gizmo:

Hey Guys, since we are a volunteer run con we could really use your help!! If you can and will help out contact your Friendly Local Volunteer Department.

By the way We Have Cookies!!!

All the committee members volunteer their time to make MarsCon run. That‘s where you come in. Please help make MarsCon more fun for everyone - yes, even for yourself - by pitching in where, when, and how you can.

Volunteers are needed before, during, and after the Con:

Mainstage and our Dealers’ Room needs badgers.
Additional roadies for Mainstage.
Snarky’s and the Consuite needs runners to deliver food (for example, to dealers) as well as help setting out food/plates/napkins/plasticware, swapping out trays of ice to keep the food fresh and healthy, clean up and the like.
Rovers are needed to support the Bridge - we also need people trained to staff the Bridge
Volunteers to staff A/V / Anime / RPG rooms.
Trained safety and medical volunteers are always welcome.
Thursday and Friday setup + Sunday afternoon/evening teardown crews are needed for our Art Show and other areas.
