MarsCon planning meetings, a.k.a. Concom meetings, take place through the year and are open to all who have an interest in the convention.
Most meetings take place on the second Sundays of the month starting at 1:00 pm Central and are scheduled to wrap up by 4:00 pm.
Whenever possible Concom meetings will be in person at the hotel and virtual. Write to info24d@marscon.org if you would like a Zoom invitation.
