Attention all gamers, we need your help. Last year we had game demos, drafts, prizes plus a ton of fun. This year we want new ideas for gaming so if you want to run your favorite campaign, march your army into the frows of battle, or out-stratagize your enemies in a card game look no further. If you are more curious and want to learn more volunteer for gaming and earn incentives for just helping out. (Besides, volunteering doesn’t mean you can’t game.) If you have ideas or a game you would like to see or run please contact me (Dan Penwarden)—see the gaming page for current contact information. Thanks for your help and support and remember keep your dice clean your pencils sharp and don’t let go of those mox’es.
Do you think it’s possible to pull off an invasion without advance planning? No way! We, the hard working convention committee, meet regularly through the year scheming… er, ‘planning’… next year’s con. All meetings are at the Holiday Inn Select, 3 Appletree Square, Bloomington, MN. Look at the hotel events schedule once you arrive at the Holiday Inn to see which room they’ve saved for us on that date. Our next meeting will take place on Sunday, November 16, 1:30-4pm. Join us!
To add yourself—or remove yourself—from our email list please surf to http://mail.marscon.org/mailman/listinfo/marstoday and scroll down to “Subscribing to Mars Today” (to add yourself to our list) or “Mars Today Subscribers” (to remove yourself). Follow the instructions and you’re in (or out). If you have any trouble at all with your Mars Today subscription tell the MarsCon webmaster (contact info).
Thanks once more to volunteers! We could not possibly do this without you! More volunteers are always welcome & needed!
